Stockings of Love is celebrating a tremendous year of growth and generosity, delivering nearly 4,000 stockings to seniors in long-term care homes and those living alone or in need across the Niagara region.
The initiative, which provided 3,000 stockings the year before, expanded its reach to Grimsby and Beamsville and wrapped up deliveries in December.
Organizers say the achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of volunteers and the strong support of local communities, businesses, and service organizations.
They also expressed sincere thanks for the opportunity to share their story and help spread the word, with hopes of continuing the initiative again next year.
