A St. Catharines man is facing charges in connection to a graffiti investigation in St. Catharines.
Earlier this month, police began investigating vandalism on a church in the area of Church Street and Queenston Street.
Since then, 40-year-old Patrick Cliff was identified as a suspect and was arrested last Thursday. Cliff has been charged with three counts of mischief under $5000, and two counts of failing to comply with probation.
