Rose City Recovery will officially open a new mental health and addiction treatment facility this weekend in Welland.
The grand opening will unveil a restored historic centre offering clinical therapy, holistic wellness spaces, and residential accommodations, guided by Rose City Recovery’s philosophy of “Cultivating Hope, Restoring Lives.”
The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, remarks from Executive Director Clark Peddle and local dignitaries, as well as guided media tours of the clinical and residential wings.
Organizers say the new facility is designed to support long-term sobriety, while expanding access to evidence-based care in the Niagara Region.
