The City of Niagara Falls has launched a newly redesigned website, aimed at improving usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness for visitors.
City officials say the updated site features a clearer layout, enhanced search functionality, intuitive navigation, and a modern design that meets accessibility standards.
Developed with input from staff and the public, the website reflects how users access municipal services and includes centralized information on bylaws, policies, parks, a community events calendar, and the At Your Service Niagara Falls customer service portal.
The city says the launch marks the beginning of ongoing updates, with additional features and content to be added in the coming months.
