An indecent act reported in Grimsby has led to an arrest.
Niagara Regional Police say a witness reported seeing a man committing an indecent act near Livingston and St. Andrews avenues Wednesday afternoon.
Officers collected video evidence and suspect details, though the man fled before police arrived.
Following an investigation, 37-year-old Arie Van Es of Grimsby was arrested Friday and charged with an indecent act and breach of probation.
