Bridge was originally scheduled to reopen May 12
The Glendale Avenue Bridge is back in service.
The bridge, which closed in late-April because of an issue with an expansion joint preventing it from fully lowering, reopened this morning at 10:00am.
The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation has had crews working on the bridge since April 23rd, while it was stuck in the 'up' position, making it impossible for vehicles and pedestrians to cross.
