Driver charged in connection to pedestrian fatality in Niagara Falls

Niagara Regional Police have charged a driver in connection with a fatal pedestrian collision.

The incident occurred on November 20 on Thorold Stone Road near Carrol Avenue in Niagara Falls.

On Tuesday, December 9, detectives charged a 68-year-old Niagara Falls woman with Careless Driving Causing Death.

She has been released and will appear in court at a later date.
