The CMHA Niagara Branch is inviting the community to support mental wellness at its 15th annual Wellness for All fundraiser on May 7 at the Ovation Room in Thorold.
The popular Paddle Party includes prizes and toonie bidding, with all money raised going back into local metal health services in the Niagara Region.
Mental health advocate Janice Arnoldi will also share her personal recovery journey with Bipolar 1 disorder.
Tickets are on sale now with early bird pricing until the end of March.
