Niagara Regional Police have laid charges in connection with the fatal collision at the St. Catharines Aquatic Centre earlier this summer.
Following an ongoing investigation, detectives charged a 74-year-old St. Catharines resident with careless driving causing death.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
