Following a comprehensive recruitment process, Niagara Emergency Medical Services has appointed Carolyn Chandler-Hill as its permanent Deputy Chief and Associate Director, effective today.
Chandler-Hill brings more than 17 years of experience in paramedicine, including over seven years in operational leadership roles with Niagara EMS, and has served as Commander of Operations for the past two years.
EMS Chief Karen Lutz-Graul praised Chandler-Hill’s dedication and people-focused leadership, calling her commitment to the organization unparalleled.
In her new role, Chandler-Hill will oversee daily land ambulance and communications operations, ensuring high-quality service for residents and visitors across Niagara.
