A 39-year-old man was taken to hospital after a shooting in St. Catharines.
Niagara Regional Police say officers were called to a plaza near Bunting Road and Carlton Street this morning just after 7:15, where they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was taken to an out-of-region hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Police say the suspects fled before officers arrived, there is no ongoing risk to the public, and investigators are asking anyone with surveillance video from the area to come forward.
