West Lincoln Council has approved a new Affordable Housing Community Improvement Plan.
Adopted at the April 27 meeting, the plan sets out a framework, project area, and incentives aimed at improving housing affordability and access across the township.
Under the Planning Act, the plan allows West Lincoln to designate areas for improvement and offer financial incentives to support development, redevelopment, and construction projects.
