The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is funding park upgrades through sport.
The town is gearing up for the return of its 25th Annual Golf Classic Tournament on September 11.
The event, hosted at Royal Niagara Golf Club, will run from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a post-tournament dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre.
Proceeds from the tournament will help fund recreational upgrades at Virgil Sports Park.
