Two men have been sentenced after trying to smuggle over 45,000 kg of tobacco into Canada through the Queenston Bridge in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

James McDuffie received nine months of house arrest, while Jason McDuffie was sentenced to nearly two years of house arrest, probation, and 200 hours of community service.
