The Town of Fort Erie and CUPE Local 714 have finalized a new collective bargaining agreement.
The three-year agreement runs from 2025 to 2027 and includes wage increases, benefit enhancements, and operational improvements.
Both sides say the deal reflects a strong commitment to fair pay, stable jobs, and high-quality public services. The Town and union also acknowledged the efforts of their bargaining teams throughout the negotiations.
The deal was ratified by union members and Town Council on July 3.
