Niagara Regional Police have made an arrest in connection to a shooting at Niagara Gateway in Grimsby.
Last Thursday, police were called to the information centre about a shooting just after 5:00pm, leaving a victim with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
On Friday, 33-year-old Ferdinando Pio of Thorold was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm with intent.
Pio is being held in custody until his next court appearance this Friday.
