Charges have now been laid following a fatal motorcycle collision in Pelham earlier this spring.
Niagara Regional Police say the crash happened April 27th on Highway 20 near Maple Street when a minivan turning into a driveway collided with two motorcycles.
A 30-year-old Port Colborne man was killed, while a second rider suffered minor injuries. The occupants of the minivan were not hurt.
Following an investigation by the Collision Reconstruction Unit, a 19-year-old Port Colborne man has been charged with careless driving causing death.
A 27-year-old West Lincoln woman is also facing charges related to licensing and insurance.
