Third arrest for local osteopath this year
A St. Catharines osteopath is facing additional charges after being arrested earlier this month.
Niagara Regional Police say 29-year-old Nicholas Jackson is alleged to have recorded women while they undressed as a local rehab facility. He was arrested in March, as well as earlier this month.
Yesterday, Jackson was arrested again and charged with 24 more counts of voyeurism, as well as making and possessing child pornography.
Following a review of the electronic evidence, and with the full co-operation of the facility’s staff, detectives have been able to identify and contact the affected victims. Police say patients of the facility who have not been contacted by detectives are not considered victims.
The investigation remains ongoing.
