An investigation by Niagara Regional Police's Internet Child Exploitation Unit has led to the arrest of a St. Catharines man.
In April, police searched an apartment and seized a number of devices, leading to the arrest of 48-year-old Zachary Harris.
As a result, he's been charged with possession of child sexual abuse material and is expected in court today.
