Canadian Niagara Power is notifying customers in Fort Erie, including Ridgeway, Crystal Beach, and Stevensville, of a planned power outage on Sunday between 2:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m.
The brief interruption is necessary to restore the system’s default supply configuration following the completion of recent transmission system upgrades.
Although the outage is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, CNPI crews will work to shorten the duration wherever possible.
