Niagara Regional Police, along with fire and emergency services, responded to a fatal motor vehicle collision near Marineland Parkway and Portage Road in Niagara Falls.
On August 29th at approximately 5:57 p.m., investigators determined that a grey 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle was travelling southbound on Marineland Parkway when the rider, a 43-year-old St. Catharines man, lost control and was ejected.
The man, who was the sole occupant of the motorcycle, sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital by paramedics. He later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has dash-camera footage from the area, to contact investigators.
