Personal trainer arrested in connection to voyeurism investigation

Suspect was first charged in March

Niagara Regional Police have arrested a man after a voyeurism complaint in St. Catharines.

Police say an employee of a rehab facility is accused of recording women inside of the building as they undressed.

29-year-old Nicholas Jackson, who had worked as a personal trainer and osteopath, has been charged with voyeurism and distributing an intimate image in March, before being charged with two more counts of voyeurism over the weekend.

Police believe that Jackson may also be working independently doing rehab work with patients, and ask anyone with information to come forward.
