Tax bills were mailed on May 9th
With a potential postal strike looming on May 22, the City of Niagara Falls is adjusting its 2025 property tax billing schedule to avoid delays.
Tax bills were mailed on May 9, though the installment due dates of June 30 and September 30 remain unchanged.
Residents should note that June penalty charges may not appear on May bills.
Those enrolled in the Pre-Authorized Payment program were sent updated payment notifications on April 25, with changes effective May 16.
