Show raises money for trade student scholarships
Niagara College’s popular Car Show returns to Welland this weekend.
On Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, more than 150 vehicles-including muscle cars, hot rods, and motorcycles-will be on display at the free outdoor event, hosted in partnership with the School of Trades and Motive Power program.
Visitors can enjoy a barbecue, ice cream truck, bouncy castle, and check out construction equipment provided by Rankin Construction.
Opening ceremonies begin at 10 a.m., with awards by car class presented at 1:30 p.m. Raffle draws and a 50/50 will support a scholarship for trades students.
