Rush fans have helped push the Neil Peart Memorial fundraising campaign in St. Catharines over the finish line.
The project has officially reached its $1-million goal, thanks in large part to a $785,000 donation from Rush members Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson.
The band donated part of the proceeds from VIP experiences during its Fifty Something tour, while Lee also donated one dollar from every ticket sold during his 2023 book tour.
The fundraising campaign officially closes October 15th, with fans still able to purchase commemorative panels featuring a permanent personal tribute.
