Ontario is “exploring options” for its stockpile of American alcohol in LCBO warehouses.
About $80 million worth of American spirits, wine, beer and coolers were boxed up at liquor stores across Ontario last winter and placed in storage and about $2 million worth is set to expire by 2026.
Some other provinces are selling their stock and giving it to the nation’s food banks.
