Niagara Regional Police are still investigating a missing persons report, now five years since a man's disappearance.
On September 17th, 2021, police say Darren Werner of Niagara-on-the-Lake was reported missing to police. Police say to this day the investigation is still ongoing, with suspicious circumstances possible.
Anybody who may have information is asked to reach out to either police or Crime Stoppers, while a photo of Werner is available attached.
