Niagara Regional Police have laid charges following a string of property damage incidents in West Lincoln.
Since March, officers have responded multiple times to a residence near Concession Road 2 and Caistorville Road for reports of spray-painted messages, stolen mail, and damage exceeding $100,000.
On September 4, detectives arrested 65-year-old Mark Kushner of West Lincoln. He is charged with break and enter, theft from mail, mischief over and under $5,000, and criminal harassment.
Police say the arrest may be linked to another recent mischief case involving a blue motorcycle and are continuing their investigation.
