Niagara Regional Police are investigating after animal remains were discovered at Arthur Street Park in St. Catharines.
Officers were called to the park Monday. Detectives say the circumstances are considered suspicious.
Police are asking anyone who was in the park between June 13th and June 15th, or anyone with surveillance footage from the area, to contact investigators.
