Niagara Regional Police continue to investigate a stabbing incident in Welland and have now identified three suspects connected to the case.
While detectives have determined the identities of those involved, efforts to locate and arrest the individuals have so far been unsuccessful. Police believe the suspects are actively evading arrest.
Eighteen-year-old Ava Gallagher of Welland is wanted for aggravated assault and theft under $5,000.
Due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the identities of the two additional suspects—who are under the age of 18—cannot be released at this time.
The investigation remains ongoing.
