The City of Thorold is prepared to keep its Canada Day festivities rocking today at Battle of Beaverdams Park.
Mayor Terry Ugulini says the three days of festivities started yesterday, with visitors from across the region - despite events in bigger cities.
Mayor Ugulini adds that it typically gets pretty busy, so it's best to come prepared.
Today's celebrations will include the always-popular Rock N Blues event from 3-10pm, while the city will celebrate its 50th anniversary tomorrow - closing the day with Canada Day fireworks at 10:00pm.
