
The Lighthouse Festival, located in Port Colborne and Port Dover, is calling for submissions for its 2026 Play Development Festival.
Don Kearney-Bourque is the Marketing and Communications Manager for Lighthouse, and he says the festival is looking for unproduced comedic plays from across Canada to showcase and develop.
They brought this back last year, and it was a big hit.
In fact, you can see the results of it on their stage.
There are certain guidelines you must follow, but one of the main points is - it has to be comedic.
He explains why.
The deadline for submissions is September 15th.
