Tomorrow: Join NC Sustainability’s Katie Bristow for a walk around campus focusing on being present with nature. Studies have shown that being connected to nature and spending time outdoors can improve mood and decrease stress levels.
Thursday: Canada’s legendary rock band Chilliwack, known for hits such as “Fly At Night” and “California Girl,” are hitting the road one last time, and are stopping in St. Catharines! Tickets are available at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre's website.
All week: The City of Port Colborne is celebrating 'Screen-Free Week'. All week long, swing by the Port Colborne Library to enjoy all of the fun activities there - that don't require a screen! Library card however, is required.
